What shifts do to scalp and length

The 5-minute post-shift reset
Loosen the scalp with fingertip massage for 60 seconds. Spray a hydrating mist on the mid-lengths. Air-dry — never towel-rub.

- Slightly, because of dry cabin air. We use a colour-lock gloss on shift-worker clients to extend tone by 3–4 weeks.
