We want every visit to The Jawed Habib Unisex Luxury Salon to feel effortless. This policy explains how cancellations, no-shows and refunds are handled for appointments, packages and memberships.
1. Walk-in & standard appointments
- No charge for appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before your slot.
- Same-day cancellations within 4 hours of the slot may attract a service fee of up to 15% of the booked amount.
- No-show without notice may attract a fee of up to 25% of the booked amount, charged on your next visit.
2. Bridal, group & high-value services
- Bridal and group bookings require an advance to confirm the slot. The advance is fully adjustable against the final bill on the day of service.
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: 100% refund of advance.
- 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund of advance.
- Within 72 hours: advance is non-refundable but transferable once to another date within 90 days, subject to availability.
3. Packages & memberships
- Packages and memberships are non-refundable once activated, but unused sessions can be transferred to an immediate family member on request.
- Membership validity is shown at the time of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period.
4. Service satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please raise it with our reception within 7 days. We will arrange a complimentary fix-up with a senior stylist where reasonable. Cash refunds for completed services are issued only at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For UPI and card refunds, your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
