These Terms govern your use of The Jawed Habib Unisex Luxury Salon’s website, booking system, AI consultation chatbot and any related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The salon
Services are provided at our studio located at 2nd Floor, above Apollo Pharmacy, Bagalur Main Road, BSF Circle, Kattigenahalli, Bangalore North, Karnataka 560064. Operating hours are Open all days · 09:00 AM – 09:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are recommended.
2. Online appointment requests
- An appointment request submitted through this website is not a confirmed booking until our reception team confirms it on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Prices shown are indicative. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, complexity, and product selection — this will always be communicated before service begins.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Slots are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the appointment time.
3. Payments
Payments are accepted at the salon by UPI, card or cash. Online prepayment, when offered, is processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 4 hours before your slot.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows on bridal, keratin or group bookings may attract a charge of up to 25% of the booked service value.
- Memberships, packages and prepaid offers are governed by the terms shared at the time of purchase.
5. AI consultation chatbot
Our AI beauty chatbot provides general guidance to help you choose services. It is not a substitute for medical or dermatological advice. Please disclose allergies and medical conditions to our stylist before any chemical service.
6. Service guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please raise it with reception within 7 days and we will arrange a complimentary fix-up where reasonable.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — photography, logos, copy, design and the “Jawed Habib” brand — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
8. User content
Photos or messages you submit to the chatbot or our reception team may be used internally to recommend services. Marketing use of before/after photos always requires your explicit prior consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
