- Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
- Walk-ins are welcome 10 AM – 9 PM, all days. For colour, smoothening, keratin or bridal services we recommend booking on WhatsApp (+91 90190 28021) or calling +91 93534 42806 to reserve a senior stylist.
- How much does a haircut cost at TJH Bagalur?
- Men's classic ₹400 / creative ₹600. Women's haircut ₹1,200 (basic trim ₹900). Kids' cuts from ₹300 (boys). Exact pricing is on the Menu page.
- Do you give bundle discounts?
- Yes — book 2 services for 5% off, 3 for 10%, 4 for 15%, and 5+ for 20% off. Students, crew, defence and corporate guests can ask about the ID Program on WhatsApp for a special haircut rate.

- Are the prices on the menu final?
- Yes — listed prices are inclusive of taxes and apply to senior-stylist service. Hair length, density and additional treatments (e.g. toner, extra masks) may add to the final bill, always quoted before service starts.
- Do you accept cards and UPI?
- Yes — we accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and cash. EMI is available on bills above ₹5,000.

- Silver, Gold and Diamond yearly plans bundle haircuts, hair spa, colour touch-ups, facials, manicure/pedicure and birthday rewards at flat pre-paid prices — typically saving 25–40% versus à la carte.
- Are packages valid for the whole family?
- Yearly Individual plans are single-person, but Family memberships and Couple bundles are available. Professionals, college students and grooms have dedicated packages too.
- Can I redeem package services at any time?
- Yes — sessions are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed any day 10 AM – 9 PM. We recommend WhatsApp booking for colour, keratin or bridal-trial slots.
- Are festival packages available?
- Yes — Diwali, Karva Chauth, Eid, Pongal and Christmas glam packages come with à la carte add-ons like saree draping, nail art and express makeup at festival pricing.
- What does the salon membership include?
- Priority appointments, members-only pricing, free birthday service, complimentary head massage at every visit and access to our seasonal trial events.
- How much does the membership cost?

- Can family members use the same membership?
- Gold individual memberships are single-user. Family memberships cover spouse + children at members-only pricing.
Bridal, Pre-Wedding & Saree Draping
- When should brides start a pre-wedding package?
- We recommend starting 60–90 days before the wedding for skin, hair and body rituals to peak on the wedding day. We tailor session counts to your start date.
- Do you have pre-wedding packages for grooms?
- Yes — the Royal Groom package includes skin glow facials, hair spa, beard sculpting, manicure/pedicure and a wedding-day grooming session.
- Can the bride book a trial before the wedding day?
- Yes, a bridal trial is included in our Bridal Makeup and Pre-Wedding packages. Trials are typically scheduled 7–15 days before the wedding.
- Do you offer on-location saree draping in Bangalore?

- How long does bridal saree draping take?
- 30–45 minutes for traditional and designer drapes; 45–60 minutes for South Indian bridal kachche-style with pleats and pallu pinning.
- Which saree styles do you drape?
- Bengali, Maharashtrian Nauvari, South Indian bridal, Gujarati Seedha Pallu, lehenga-style, butterfly, mermaid and designer drapes.

- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot. For bridal trials and packages above ₹5,000, please cancel 24 hours in advance to release the slot.

- Yes — combine hair, skin, nails and grooming in one chair time. Bundle discounts apply: 2 services 5% off, 3 services 10%, 4 services 15%, 5+ services 20%.
- Do you offer home or destination services?
- Yes — bridal makeup, hair styling and saree draping are available at your home, banquet or destination across Bangalore on advance booking.
