What we store on your device

- jh_chat_session, jh_chat_lead — keeps your AI beauty chatbot conversation and any contact details you’ve already shared with the chatbot, so the conversation is continuous across visits.
- jh_cart — remembers services you’ve added to your booking cart.
- i18nextLng — remembers your chosen language.
- Supabase auth session — only applies to staff accounts logged into the reception dashboard.
Analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which marketing channels bring customers to the salon. These services may set their own cookies in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
Managing cookies
