A child's first haircut is rarely about the haircut. It's about whether the next ten will be a fight or a routine. We take that seriously.
The kids' chair setup
A booster seat that locks onto an adult chair so the parent sits directly behind. Cartoon screen at eye level. Lollipops at the wash station.
Mundan arrangements
We can coordinate a small priest-led ritual at the salon — typically 30 minutes before the cut. Parents bring the prasadam; we handle the rest.
First-cut keepsake
A lock of hair sealed in a small envelope, plus a complimentary 3-photo session at our backdrop wall.
Cuts for different ages
1–3: simple round trim. 4–6: introduction to layered styling. 7–10: starting to choose their own look — we let them.
When to book
Late morning works best for most kids — post-breakfast, pre-nap. Weekday 11 AM slots are quietest.
