Tell us what you want
WhatsApp the service (e.g. haircut, balayage, hair spa) and a date. We confirm a senior stylist within 10 minutes during salon hours.

Consultation on arrival
A 5-minute chair consult — hair history, lifestyle, the look you want. No upsells. We tell you upfront if a service isn't right for your hair.

Service with patch test where needed
Colour and keratin clients get a patch test 24 hrs prior if you're sensitive. Single-use linen, sterilised tools, branded products only.

Transparent billing
The price quoted on WhatsApp is the price billed. GST included. UPI, cards and cash accepted. New-client discount auto-applied on first invoice.
