90 days out: reset skin and hair

Start with a haircut plan, beard-shape consultation and a clean-up/facial if skin looks dull. If you are considering colour, keratin or a major beard change, do it now — not in the wedding week.

60 days out: build the routine

Schedule the second facial or clean-up, refine the haircut length, plan beard lines and start basic home care: cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. If there is dandruff or scalp build-up, add hair spa/head-spa support.

30 days out: lock the look

This is when the groom haircut direction should be final. Do the trial styling, beard shape and any pre-wedding shoot grooming. Avoid trying a brand-new hair colour or aggressive skin treatment after this point.

Wedding week

Final haircut 5–7 days before the event, beard trim 1–2 days before, facial/clean-up 3–5 days before, and styling or groom makeup on the day if required.
