A haircut should suit your face, your hair type and how much time you actually have in the morning. At The Jawed Habib Unisex Luxury Salon, Bagalur, every cut starts with a face-shape and hair-type consult, is done by a senior stylist trained on the Jawed Habib precision-cut method, and finishes with a blow-dry — included, not an add-on.

Quick answer
A women's haircut at The Jawed Habib, Bagalur is ₹900 for a Classic Haircut and ₹1,200 for a Creative Haircut, with fringes at ₹300. A finishing blow-dry is included in every cut. Girls' cuts are ₹400 (classic) and ₹600 (advanced). We are at Reva Circle, Bagalur Main Road, open 10 AM–9 PM daily — walk in or message us on WhatsApp.
What is actually included
Every cut here includes four things, and none of them are extras:
- A consult before the scissors. Face shape, hair type, density, how your hair falls naturally and how much time you will realistically spend styling it.
- A senior stylist. Cuts are done by seniors trained on the Jawed Habib precision-cut method — not handed to whoever is free.
- A finishing blow-dry, so you leave seeing the actual shape rather than guessing at it wet.
- An honest answer. If a trim is all you need, your stylist will say so. We would rather do a ₹900 cut you come back for than a ₹1,200 restyle you did not want.
Classic, Creative or just fringes
| Cut | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Fringes | A fringe added or reshaped on an existing cut | ₹300 |
| Classic Haircut | Trim, shape-up, one-length or simple layering | ₹900 |
| Creative Haircut | A restyle — structured layers, a new silhouette, a fringe worked into the shape | ₹1,200 |
Most guests booking a maintenance cut want the Classic. Creative is for when you want the shape itself to change, and it is the one that takes the longest at the chair because the sectioning does more work.
If you are not sure which you are asking for, describe the result you want rather than the name — the consult will land on the right one. Prices include a blow-dry; see the full menu.
Choosing a cut that suits you
The two things that decide whether a cut works are face shape and hair texture — in that order.
A cut that flatters a round face is doing something different from one that suits an oval or a heart shape, and layering that falls beautifully on straight hair can widen and frizz on wavy hair in Bangalore's humidity.

How often should you actually cut
For most hair, every 8 to 12 weeks keeps a shape looking like a shape.
Shorter, structured cuts — bobs, pixies, anything with a defined line — lose their outline faster and want 6 to 8 weeks. Long hair grown out deliberately can go 12 to 16 weeks, as long as the ends are trimmed before splits travel up the shaft.
If you are growing your hair out, do not skip cuts entirely. Split ends do not stop where they start, and letting them run costs you more length later than the trims would have. This is also the most common reason a growing-out phase looks worse than it should — there is a guide to getting through it.
Kids' cuts
Girls' cuts are ₹400 classic and ₹600 advanced. We take our time with first haircuts — no rushing a child who is nervous about the chair, and no pretending a wriggling four-year-old is a quick appointment. If it is a first cut, say so when you book and we will allow for it. There is a parent's guide to first haircuts worth a read beforehand.
Pair it with
A cut is the best time to add anything else, because the hair is already clean and sectioned:
- A hair spa if the ends are dry — it also makes the cut sit better.
- Smoothing if frizz is the real complaint and the shape is fine.
- Colour, if you are changing shape and tone together — see hair colour in Bagalur.
